HPCL North Zone “HP Utsav” Campaign Guidelines

Campaign Period
Valid from 22th September 2025 to 22th November 2025 (60 days covering the vibrant festival season across North Zone including Hisar, Gurgaon, Panipat, Dehradun).

Eligibility
This campaign is open to individuals aged 18 years and above, residing anywhere in India, who purchase petrol, diesel, or poWer fuels at participating HPCL outlets across North Zone during the campaign period.
Only purchases made via the HPCL Scan & Fill process (QR code or app) are eligible for the instant gifts and coupons.

Fuel Purchase Criteria

• Two-Wheelers: Minimum ₹400 & above petrol or ₹300 & above poWer fuel qualifies for instant gifts.

• Four-Wheelers:

  • Petrol: Minimum ₹3000 for standard rewards.

  • Power95: Minimum ₹2500 for enhanced gift packages.

• Fleet & Corporate: Bulk purchases above ₹3000 or as per corporate agreements receive exclusive rewards and bonus gifts.

Participating Outlets
The campaign is valid at 450 HPCL outlets across Hisar, Gurgaon, Panipat, Dehradun. Customers can find the nearest participating outlet via the HPCL app and website.

How to Participate

• Scan the displayed QR code via the HPCL mobile app before refueling.

• Complete digital registration with vehicle and fuel details.

• Fill up with the qualifying fuel amount and opt into the displayed gift scheme for an instant win.

• Physical gifts must be collected immediately at the outlet; digital e-coupons will be sent through app/SMS notification within 24 hours.

Gift & Coupon Policy

• First-come, first-served: Gifts distributed while stocks last; one gift per qualifying transaction unless promotional periods specify otherwise.

• Gifts include FREE Instant Gratifications such as:

  • FREE 5ML Pouch of Additives

  • DEF Discount: ₹200, ₹300, ₹400 off on MRP of 20 Litre Buckets

  • Free Fuel Vouchers: ₹50 & ₹75 on MS and poWer fuels

  • HP Paani (1 litre)

  • Lube Discount: 40% off on MRP of any packed lubrican.

• Coupons from partners like Light-up Beauty and Bombay Shaving Company are subject to respective brand rules and expiry dates.

Digital Data & Privacy
All personal data collected during scanning is protected under HPCL’s privacy policy and used solely for campaign and communication purposes. Opt-out available via HPCL app settings.

Agency & Sponsor Rights
HPCL North Zone reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the campaign or any rewards at any time without notice. Gifts, offers, and coupons may be withdrawn if stocks run out or per sponsor discretion. No claims on withdrawn or expired items. The agency facilitates but is not liable for product, coupon, or fuel offers.

Liability & Dispute Resolution
HPCL is not responsible for any damage, loss, or claims arising from campaign participation. Faulty gifts must be reported within 48 hours for possible replacement. Technical or coupon issues addressed within 72 hours. Campaign subject to operational and weather conditions. Disputes fall under jurisdiction of North Zone courts, with minor issues resolved via HPCL customer care within 15 days.

Anti-Fraud & Fair Use
Multiple scan attempts for the same fill-up are prohibited. Bulk buying outside normal usage may be restricted. Fraudulent entries result in disqualification and verification rights reserved by HPCL.

Special Conditions
Weather-based rewards are automatic and non-claimable retrospectively. No exchanges or cash alternatives allowed.

Campaign Closing
Ends at 11:59 PM on 22th November 2025. Unclaimed rewards lapse after campaign closure. Final settlements are completed within 30 days. Feedback welcomed via the app for future improvements.
